Real Content Strategy is a growing marketing agency serving businesses in Canada, and other international markets.

We are looking for an independent professional to provide social media and content strategy services on a flexible, project-based basis.

This is not an employment position. The selected professional will provide services independently under a formal service agreement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand each client’s business, audience, offer and tone of voice
• Plan content topics and organize content calendars
• Write scripts for Reels, captions and calls to action
• Adapt organic video concepts and CTAs into paid ads
• Prepare clear briefs for our Video Editor
• Review, schedule and publish content
• Analyze results and recommend improvements

This is not a graphic design or video editing role. You will work with each client’s existing brand elements, including positioning, audience, tone of voice, key messages and visual references.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience with social media, content strategy or copywriting
• Strong understanding of short-form video content
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple client accounts
• Professional working English, especially in writing
• Responsibility, autonomy and clear communication

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

Monthly service fees may range from approximately R$1,400 to R$2,800+, depending on the number of client accounts assigned and the scope of services.

Services will initially be operational and hands-on. As RCS grows, there may be opportunities to take on a larger portfolio and progress into client and team coordination responsibilities.
